NEW SKIN CARE CLINIC OPENS IN SHANKLIN DESPITE PANDEMIC ADVERSITY – Island Echo

While many companies are reopening after lockdown restrictions forced them to close, those who were fired have had a chance to reflect on their future careers.

The personal care industry has been one of the hardest hit over the past 18 months. Despite these challenges, a new company specializing in unique skin care was launched.

The Elizabeth Milton Skin Care Clinic at Languard Manor in Shanklin invites local residents to experience advanced skin care treatments designed for anti-aging, lifting and skin tightening.

The Skin Care Clinic offers tailor-made facials, hair removal, tinting and dermaplaning services.

Elizabeth Milton, owner of the Skin Care Clinic, spoke last year:

“After working for 20 years in the skin care industry, and 10 years locally, I felt the time had come to start my own business. The past year has been difficult for everyone. However, the time between locks gave me the opportunity to think about what I wanted. Starting a new business in an industry I love was high on my to-do list.

“I am now welcoming new and new customers to the skin care line for the first time, which is a great feeling.”

The skin care clinic first opened on Monday April 12 when personal care companies were able to resume service.

“I have been visiting Elizabeth Milton for a few years for facials. I am absolutely delighted that she has now opened her own skin care clinic.
