Eat foods rich in water

One of the best things you can do to increase not only your hydration level, but also your nutrient intake, is to eat foods that are rich in water. Think cucumber, celery, zucchini, watermelon, oranges, cantaloupe, lettuce and soups.

Add electrolytes

Electrolytes include minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium. If you exercise or sweat a lot, it may be beneficial to add extra electrolytes to your drinking water. Electrolytes help the water you drink to get into your cells more efficiently.
