The Alliance Church Advance Office, in partnership with C&MA districts and associations, exists to advance community-transforming churches by:

• Equipping ministry leaders
• Assessing the level of church vibrancy and vitality
• Providing consulting services for churches desiring a new ministry direction
• Assisting churches in transitioning well between pastoral changes

Church Multiplication

The U.S. Alliance family works together to discover, develop, and deploy emerging leaders for greater Kingdom impact through church planting.

Alliance Center for Leadership Development

The Alliance Center for Leadership Development (ACLD) provides well-designed, low-cost, digital training in biblical studies, theological studies, and practical leadership to prepare men and women for leadership in local Alliance churches and mission fields.

Alliance Chaplains

C&MA founder Dr. A.B. Simpson broke with tradition in his day—sharing the good news with New York City’s marginalized in non-church facilities while pursuing the Call to take “the whole Bible to the whole world.” Likewise, our chaplains today share the good news in challenging, diverse, and ever-changing environments to which traditional ministries often have little or no access.

EquippingU

EquippingU is a collection of leadership tools designed specifically to equip Alliance pastors and leaders as they live spiritually healthy lives and successfully lead healthy C&MA churches.

EquippingU will help you to develop strong, vibrant churches that effectively reach diverse peoples in your community for Jesus. You will receive spiritual fuel to avoid burnout and proven safeguards to enable you to stand strong and lead well in the face of temptation.

Alliance Kids

Alliance Kids works to equip leaders, parents, and pastors to facilitate life-changing faith development ministries that impact the Church of right now and the Church of the future. Because EVERY CHILD deserves access to the Gospel.

Alliance Peacemaking

Alliance Peacemaking’s mission is to change the culture of the Alliance family so we resolve conflict in a God-honoring way. To do this we use a biblical framework and common language to approach conflict.

Alliance Women

Alliance Women is driven by a deep commitment to connecting women for Kingdom impact. We desire to connect women to Jesus, the work of The Alliance, and each other. We encourage ladies to find their life in Christ.

Alliance Youth

Alliance Youth develops and encourages 2,000 plus Alliance Churches and Youth Workers across the United States, indirectly serving some 35,000+ youth in those churches.

Candidate Recruitment and Development

Candidate Recruitment & Development seeks to guide the next generation into Alliance Ministry giving leadership to accreditation and licensing for Alliance Ministry. Campus Reps at each of our Alliance college campuses mentor students as they prepare for accreditation and ministry after college.

U.S. Disaster Relief

In partnership with the Alliance National Office staff, Disaster Relief provides expertise and consultation to Alliance districts and ministries related to natural and man-made disaster relief efforts. You can help by providing relief contact information, gathering information from the district for press releases, prayer distribution, and sharing volunteer opportunities with the greater Alliance family.
